Feature Set: Manual or Automatic Feedback

Users have the option to manually initiate a connection or speed test for mobile data transmission. Should your mobile network experience fall short of expectations, you can provide specific feedback to Sunrise. Alternatively, the app can be configured to regularly and automatically collect technical parameters, such as wireless network information, which are then sent to Sunrise with minimal data consumption (under 2 MB/month).

Regardless of whether feedback is submitted manually or automatically, all collected data is managed solely by Sunrise for the specified purposes in compliance with Swiss data protection laws and the relevant provisions within the Sunrise general terms and conditions (www.sunrise.ch/gtc). Additional data, inclusive of localization details and technical system parameters, is also collected alongside measurements acquired from active tests.

The following anonymized data is transmitted to Sunrise for processing and analysis:

• User entries from the "Network feedback" module
• Measurement data from user-initiated tests ("Speed test" module) including:

No Connection Costs for Sunrise Customers

For both postpaid and prepaid Sunrise customers, there are no connection costs associated with the app's data traffic. For mobile subscriptions that include data volumes, the app does not deduct from users' available data allowances.
